We will use the wall to aid in balance, stability and support, to increase awareness of spatial relationship and alignment, and to help to move into a greater expression and depth in our poses. The wall becomes the “partner” and a yoga prop.
The wall gives a firm vertical surface in which to extend and expand. We will also explore the therapeutic uses of the wall and suggestions for ways to use the wall in a home practice.
This two hour workshop is open to all levels of students with some yoga experience.
