In this two hour workshop, students will learn various ways fall risk can be reduced using yoga. We will explore how students can improve balance in activities of daily life and yoga poses through proven FallProof principles. Participants will learn how to adjust yoga poses to their balance ability level. We will also explore poses
to increase lower body strength.
